Hello! If this is your first time here, welcome. For full access to courses you'll need to take a minute to create a new account for yourself on this web site. Each of the individual courses may also have a one-time "enrollment key," which you won't need until later. Here are the steps:
1. Fill out the Create New Account form (in the upper right corner of this page) with your details.
2. An email will be immediately sent to your email address.
3. Read your email, and click on the web link it contains.
4. Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in.
| To Enroll in a Course:
1. Now, select the course you want to participate in, and pay course fee (exception: free samples), electronically through our PayPal system.
2. If you are prompted for an "enrollment key" - use the one that your teacher has given you. This will "enroll" you in the course.
3. You can now access the full course. From now on you will only need to enter your personal username and password (in the Login block in upper right of this page) to log in and access any course you have enrolled in.
If, for some reason, you are unable to use the PayPal system, please email our Distance Learning Administrator for alternate instructions at: learning [at] sophiaonline [dot] org.

A Message from Dean Carol E. Parrish
Sophia Online is designed especially for those who are interested in personal growth and/or non-traditional subjects of spiritual interest. Sancta Sophia means holy wisdom and it is our goal to share Ancient Wisdom. We use the term Mystery School because at another point in time those who sought higher education wanted to explore the mysteries of life and the consequences of ones actions from a higher perspective. Often getting an answer is not as important as the stimulating of more questions. This is what Questing is all about. Perhaps you, too, would like to join the many who seek such insights.
We offer a broad exposure to Ancient Wisdom as you shall see. Topics are ones that are of great interest as humanity awakens to its own inner potential. In this series, we shall explore a smorgasbord of topics designed to whet your appetite to be more knowledgeable about the Mysteries of Life. We hope you will enjoy your learning experience with us.
There is an ancient prayer we should recall and then we will go to class:
Lead us, O Lord,
from darkness to Light,
from the unreal to the Real,
from death to immortality,
from chaos to Beauty,
from the individual to the Universal,
from the many cycles to the One Life,
from outer manifestation to the Sacred Space.

Learning website. I am Carol Parrish, Dean of Sancta Sophia Seminary, and I have shared meaningful information
with others for some thirty five years. As a young woman I had a spiritual
experience that changed my life and revealed my life purpose. Since that time I
